Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Sr Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead reliability for its AI-powered revenue platform. You’ll shape infrastructure strategy, migrate to managed Kubernetes, and reduce operational load while maintaining strong security and governance.

You will manage an 8-person SRE team, own a rolling 3-month delivery plan, and collaborate with architecture, Infosec, and product leadership to align on business outcomes and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on in SRE/DevOps, with 3+ years directly managing teams.
• Deep platform experience: AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform).
• Strong in GitOps, policy-as-code, observability, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of Invoca's infrastructure and decide what runs in-house vs. managed.
• Land the move from self-hosted to managed Kubernetes while preserving expertise.
• Reduce operational load to free capacity for growth and innovation.
• Own the technical direction for the platform and collaborate cross-team.
• Lead a team of 8 SREs with clear goals and growth, and own the 3-month delivery plan.
• Build infrastructure with agents in mind and define policy with auditability.
