Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in SRE concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise architecture expertise.
• Proficiency in Python, Java/Spring Boot, or .Net.
• Experience with enterprise AI capabilities to improve SRE workflows and validate outputs.
• Ability to evaluate AI recommendations and define guardrails for usage.
• Strong observability knowledge: monitoring, SLOs, alerting, telemetry.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and related tooling.
• Experience with containers and orchestration.
• Troubleshooting networking technologies.
• Ability to self-educate on emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Champions site reliability culture and shares knowledge via internal forums.
• Leads initiatives to improve reliability and stability using data-driven analytics.
• Drives collaboration to define service level indicators and targets with stakeholders.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate incident triage, troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis.
• Acts as the main contact during major incidents to resolve issues quickly and prevent losses.
• Provides technical mentorship across engineers in one or more domains.
• Leads reuse-first AI-assisted reliability workflows across the SDLC with traceability.
