Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in site reliability engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience in reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise system architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, Java/Spring Boot, or .NET.
• Experience using enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to improve SRE workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Models and champions site reliability culture; shares knowledge within org.
• Leads initiatives to improve reliability and stability using data‑driven analytics to improve service levels.
• Drives collaboration to establish service level indicators and error budgets with customers.
• Uses AI capabilities to accelerate major-incident triage, troubleshooting, and post‑incident analysis with proper validation.
• Acts as main contact during major incidents to quickly identify and resolve issues preventing financial loss.
• Provides technical expertise and mentorship to engineers.
• Leads reuse‑first adoption of AI‑assisted reliability workflows across SDLC/toolchain to ensure resiliency and security controls.
