Qualifications

• Formal software engineering education with practical experience in large-scale systems.
• Proficiency in reliability, performance, security, and toil reduction.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities and setting safe AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and break down complex problems for engineers.
• Provide mentoring and technical leadership for medium to large products.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Drive incident management and operational reliability improvements.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools with secure, auditable outputs.
• Promote reusable patterns and SDLC automation across teams.
