Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years of SPW field engineering or related experience.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to supervise and develop SPW field crews.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of SPW field personnel to achieve high performance.
• Oversees on-site SPW activities, ensuring safe, efficient work per project specs.
• Coordinates with SPW project managers, crews, and suppliers to schedule resources.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and quality standards; drives continuous improvement.
• Reviews daily SPW field docs to ensure accurate reporting and records.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to SPW leadership.
• Develops comprehensive plans for completing SPW work within budget and schedule.
