Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a SPW Field Engineer/Manager to lead self-perform work crews on complex projects in the Dallas area. You will direct on-site SPW construction, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project leaders to meet schedule and budget goals.

The role emphasizes accountable leadership, collaboration with trade partners, and driving continuous improvement in SPW operations on diverse projects across technology, life sciences, healthcare, and commercial markets.

Qualifications

• 7 years of SPW field engineering, construction management, or related experience.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required or preferred.
• ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred.
• OSHA 510/500 or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of SPW field personnel.
• Oversees on-site SPW field activities, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinates with SPW project managers, crews, and suppliers to schedule resources.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements for SPW operations.
• Reviews daily SPW field documentation and productivity records.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to SPW leadership.
• Develops comprehensive SPW scope plans aligned with budgets and schedules.
