Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 5 years of SPW field engineering or construction management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily SPW field activities and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, tools, and equipment for self-perform tasks.
• Maintain daily logs and progress reports for self-perform work.
• Communicate updates to SPW leadership and resolve field concerns.
• Participate in safety meetings and site inspections.
