Qualifications

• 7 years of SPW field engineering experience required.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30-Hour Completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of SPW field personnel.
• Oversees all on-site SPW field activities for safe, efficient execution.
• Coordinates with SPW project managers, internal crews, and suppliers to schedule resources and resolve issues.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for self-perform operations.
• Reviews daily SPW field documentation and maintains accurate reporting.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to SPW leadership and stakeholders.
• Develops comprehensive SPW scope plans aligned with budgets and schedules.
