Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an SPW Field Manager in the United States to lead self-perform work crews, drive safety, and deliver high-quality SPW outcomes across diverse scopes.

You will coordinate with project managers and SPW crews, manage resources, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and develop plans to complete scope on time and within budget, while fostering team growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of SPW field engineering, construction management, or related experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification; Completion within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of SPW field individuals to achieve performance and talent development.
• Oversees all on-site SPW field activities, ensuring safe, efficient work per project specs and standards.
• Coordinates with SPW project managers, internal SPW crews, and suppliers to schedule resources and resolve complex issues.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for self-perform operations.
• Reviews and approves daily SPW field documentation, including progress reports and productivity records.
• Develops the plan for completing the SPW scope in alignment with the scope budget and project schedule.
