Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in SPW field engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour construction certification preferred; OSHA 30-hour program completion within 6 months is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops SPW field crews to achieve high performance and talent development.
• Oversees on-site SPW activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specs.
• Coordinates with SPW project managers, in-house crews, and suppliers to schedule resources and resolve issues.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for SPW operations.
• Reviews daily SPW field documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to SPW leadership and stakeholders.
• Develops comprehensive plans for completing SPW scope aligned with budget and schedule.
