Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned SPW Field Engineering/Manager to lead self-perform work crews, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on site. You will manage SPW activities, align with project goals, and drive performance while safeguarding client expectations and company standards.

You will collaborate with project leaders to optimize field operations, develop teams, and uphold regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in construction management or related field.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
7 years of SPW field engineering or related experience.
1-2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
OSHA 30-hour construction certification required within 6 months.
ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred.
OSHA 510/500 or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads, manages, and develops a team of SPW field individuals.
Oversees all on-site SPW field activities, ensuring safe, efficient work.
Coordinates with SPW project managers, internal SPW crews, and suppliers to schedule resources.
Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Reviews daily SPW field documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to SPW leadership.
Develops comprehensive SPW plan aligned with budget and schedule.
