Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading SPW/self-perform work across multiple projects.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Oversees the SPW operation and individuals to drive excellence in performance.
