Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in SPW field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction preferred; OSHA 30‑Hour Program Completion within 6 months of hire is required.
• ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred.
• OSHA 510/500 or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of SPW field individuals to achieve exceptional performance and talent development.
• Oversees all on-site SPW field activities, ensuring safe, efficient work in accordance with project specs and standards.
• Manages coordination with SPW project managers, internal SPW crews, and suppliers to schedule resources and resolve issues.
• Develops comprehensive SPW execution plans aligned with scope, budget, and project schedule.
