Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7 years SPW field engineering, construction management experience required.
• 1-2 years managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30‑hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.
• ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred.
• OSHA 510/500 or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops SPW field team to achieve exceptional performance.
• Oversees all on-site SPW field activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinates with SPW project managers, internal SPW crews, and suppliers to schedule resources.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews and approves daily SPW field documentation to ensure accurate reporting.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to SPW leadership.
• Develops the comprehensive plan for completing the SPW scope within budget and schedule.
