Job summary

Learfield seeks a proactive Senior Partnership Solutions Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support multi-channel sponsorship activations on campus. You’ll manage a portfolio of partner accounts, ensure contractual elements are fulfilled, and collaborate with university staff, vendors, and internal teams to execute activations with excellence.

With 2+ years in partnership or event execution, you’ll develop operational processes, contribute to partner recaps, and help plan

Qualifications

• 2+ years in partnership marketing, event coordination, sponsorship, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fulfillment of assigned partner accounts across sales, university, and vendor stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with university partners and internal stakeholders.
• Own execution timelines and partner deliverables across digital, in-venue, and experiential platforms.
• Track partner inventory and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
• Support game day assistants with guidance on execution and performance collection.
• Collaborate on planning, vendor coordination, and special events supporting partner objectives.
• Create and maintain activation documentation, recaps, and proofs of performance.
