Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead our SLP team and guide patients through speech and communication recovery within a supportive inpatient setting. This role emphasizes direct patient care, staff mentorship, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements include CCC, state licensure, CPR, and a minimum of two years of SLP experience.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required or anticipated for licensure.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum two years of speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty certifications.
