Encompass Health in Florida seeks a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead our team, guide patients through communication challenges, and deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy in a collaborative inpatient setting.

Candidates must hold state licensure, CCC, CPR/BLS within 30 days, and have at least two years of SLP experience; leadership, mentoring, and staff development are key aspects of the role.

Formación

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy required.
• CCC Certification in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; master's/doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years of speech-language pathology experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships by understanding each patient's needs.
• Lead and mentor staff, including supervision of SLP assistants.
• Contribute to in-service education and our student program for SLPs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality patient care.
