Encompass Health in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead our patient-centered team and advance inpatient rehabilitation services.

You will provide direct patient care, mentor staff, and contribute to education programs while collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues. This role emphasizes leadership, quality outcomes, and compassionate care supported by comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must hold active state licensure in Speech Therapy and CCC certification.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; master's/doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years of speech-language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships to aid recovery.
• Lead in-service education and our speech language pathologist student program.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
