Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel in Florida seeks a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead a skilled team and guide patients through complex communication and swallowing challenges. You’ll provide direct patient care, mentor staff, and contribute to program development in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

• Current state licensure required for Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC certification completed and current.
• CPR/BLS certified or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum two years of speech-language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or with specialty certifications when eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding patient relationships across communication and swallowing needs.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Support in in-service education and student programs for SLPs.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes throughout recovery.
