Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead our inpatient team. You will guide patients through speech and communication Recovery, mentor staff, and collaborate across departments to deliver compassionate, personalized care.

The role requires CCC certification, state licensure, and CPR/BLS; a minimum of two years of SLP experience is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure or state registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC certification completed and active.
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of speech language pathology experience.
• Active Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications encouraged.

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding patient relationships.
• Support in-service education and student clinical programs for SLPs.
• Mentor and train new colleagues across departments as needed.
• Supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes throughout rehabilitation.
