Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate payer environments across the United States. The role requires building accounts, delivering branded messages, and meeting sales targets under the guidance of the District Manager.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/clinical experience in healthcare, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Preferred to have knowledge in healthcare/biotech sales environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge to medical professionals and navigate payer environment
• Deliver branded sales messages and achieve territory targets
• Develop relationships to service accounts and manage product access
• Generate territory plans with the District Manager and share best practices
• Support marketing strategy and maintain Amgen brand integrity
