Job summary

Amgen is recruiting for a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative in the U.S. to engage with medical professionals, provide product knowledge, and promote Amgen therapies within a structured sales framework.

The role focuses on delivering clinical information, implementing marketing strategies, and achieving territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement, with a commitment to patient service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Promote Amgen products and implement marketing strategy under the District Manager.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to achieve sales targets.
• Develop territory plans and manage accounts, including payer navigation and contract considerations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve sales outcomes.
• Maintain Amgen values and uphold high ethical standards across all interactions.
