Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote products, and navigate payer environments. You will implement marketing strategies and act as the primary contact in your territory.

The role emphasizes delivering clinical product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships while upholding Amgen values and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• 4 years of Sales experience with Associate’s degree or 6 years with high school diploma.
• Preferred: life sciences or business administration background.
• Experience in pharma/biotech or healthcare sales advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and promote products to meet sales targets in-person and virtually.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Demonstrate passion for products through the entire sales cycle and uphold company values.
