Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical benefits, and promote Amgen products while navigating payer environments. You will build relationships, support access, and drive territory sales through both in-person and virtual engagements.

The position offers a base salary with a comprehensive rewards plan and flexible work arrangements, with compensation reflecting experience and geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience
• 4 years of Sales experience with Associate degree
• 8 years of Sales experience with High School diploma
• Healthcare/clinical experience in related field is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals
• Promote products through in-person and virtual engagement to achieve territory sales targets
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts including access and contracts
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager
• Demonstrate passion for products and uphold Amgen values in all interactions
