Job summary

Amgen is seeking Specialty Representatives/Senior Specialists in the Cincinnati, OH area to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical benefits, and drive product utilization while navigating payer dynamics.

You will lead branded programs, build customer relationships, and collaborate to optimize territory performance. The role supports hybrid/remote arrangements with ongoing incentive programs and total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate degree and 4 years of Sales experience
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• Associate degree and 6 years sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals
• Communicate clinical benefits to drive appropriate utilization
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to exceed sales targets
• Develop relationships to manage accounts and resolve reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow in role
• Demonstrate passion for products throughout the sales cycle and maintain brand focus
