Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to be the primary contact for medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and support sales targets within assigned geographies. The role emphasizes clinical product knowledge, payer navigation, and strategic territory development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization of the products
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to achieve territory sales
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and resolve reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Demonstrate passion for our products and sustain that passion throughout the sales cycle
