Humana is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive - Specialty to drive specialty drug prescriptions routing to CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy. You will leverage geographic analysis, engage physician offices, and increase orders to generate prescription growth and revenue.

Remote field role requiring daily territory travel across the Asheville, NC to Knoxville, TN region. You will work with health systems and staff education, while utilizing Salesforce for CRM; Bachelor’s degree preferred and

Formación

• Professional experience in a sales environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, SharePoint, Teams and ability to resolve general technical issues remotely.
• Must be comfortable in the field 5 days/week within territory lines, with occasional overnight travel.
• Must live within the defined sales territory or relocate at own expense.
• Attendance at offsite team meetings, which could require flights and overnight travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a sales territory including CenterWell, a Humana-owned brand offering Primary Care, Home Health, and Pharmacy services.
• Build relationships with front and back-office staff by conducting sales calls within the territory.
• Provide staff education and information on options for patient use of Specialty Pharmacy medications.
• Become a knowledgeable resource regarding specialty pharmacy medications and Humana pharmacy benefits.
