CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive – Specialty to drive orders by engaging physician offices and routing patients' specialty prescriptions to CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy for fulfillment. The role requires field presence across a defined territory and building relationships with front-and-back-office staff to educate on specialty medications and Humana benefits.

• Sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams; able to resolve basic tech issues remotely.
• Field-based role requires travel within territory; 5 days/week in the field.
• Must live within the defined sales territory or relocate at own expense.
• Attendance at offsite team meetings, potentially requiring flights.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a sales territory within CenterWell and Humana ecosystem.
• Build relationships with front and back-office staff through sales calls.
• Provide staff education on options for using Specialty Pharmacy medications.
• Become a knowledgeable resource on specialty meds and Humana benefits.
