Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative in Florida to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical product benefits, and drive territory sales. The role covers Homestead, Miami, Key West, and Big Pine Key with no relocation offered.

Open to remote/hybrid work where possible; base salary ranges are disclosed for both positions. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or appropriate higher degree with relevant sales or clinical healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3+ years for Senior level in healthcare/ sales context
• Associate degree plus 4+ years of sales experience
• High school diploma/GED plus 8+ years of sales/clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals
• Drive territory sales by delivering branded messages and conducting programs
• Manage accounts and ensure product access and reimbursement issues are addressed
• Develop territory plans with the District Manager and analyze business effectiveness
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role
• Demonstrate passion for products throughout the sales cycle and sustain brand value
