Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals in Lakeland and surrounding Florida territory, providing clinical product knowledge and navigating payer environments.

You will implement marketing strategies, promote Amgen products, develop account relationships, and help achieve sales targets with in-person and virtual engagements; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required for Specialty Representative; clinical experience in healthcare preferred for Senior Specialty Representative.
• Sales experience in pharma/biotech or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to convey clinical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Promote products and implement marketing strategy across the district.
• Develop relationships with accounts to ensure product access and reimbursement where needed.
• Prepare territory plans and analyze sales data in collaboration with District Manager.
• Engage with customers through in-person and virtual programs to achieve sales targets.
