Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related; OR Associate degree with 6 years; OR High school diploma / GED with 8 years of sales experience / clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Communicate clinical benefits to drive appropriate utilization of products.
• Deliver branded sales messages and participate in programs to achieve sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and ensure product access.
• Explain reimbursement processes and resolve issues affecting product contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory planning with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Rep.
• Maintain passion for products throughout the sales cycle and uphold Amgen values.
