Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in the United States is seeking a Production Manager to oversee on-stage, backstage, show settlement and technical details for concerts and events at Live Nation venues.

You will coordinate with tours, clients and venue teams, manage load-in to load-out, control costs, and ensure top-tier service and compliance in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong AV knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in live event or concert production.
• Experience with setup and operation of audio, lighting, video, electrical, and staging.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including days/nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in Windows applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate show requirements between tour and client production and LN venue.
• Interface with vendors, tours, clients and venue teams for all show needs.
• Day of show management from load-in to load-out with a focus on service and schedules.
• Show accounting and settlement with artists, including vendor payments.
• Track labor costs and maintain budgets for cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist in onboarding and training production staff.
