Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a proactive Production role to oversee daily show operations, scheduling, and coordination with Production Managers and Talent Buyers. The role supports the Production department, maintains manuals, and ensures budgets and vendor records are managed efficiently.

The ideal candidate has tour and stage production experience, strong knowledge of lighting, pro audio, and video systems, and excels at multi-tasking in a dynamic live-event environment.

Qualifications

• Must have production experience in an entertainment venue.
• Experience with tour and stage production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive and productive environment for Production and Venue.
• Prepare and distribute daily show flash (P&L) for every event.
• Understand deal structures and settlement processes.
• Maintain department manuals and training materials.
• Train and assist production staff as needed.
• Adhere to budget and track department finances.
• Create and maintain inventory and maintenance logs.
• Ensure cost-effective procedures.
• Create daily/weekly show schedules and distribute to Operations Managers.
