Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Stage Manager to coordinate all on-stage and loading dock operations for concerts and events. You will be the central liaison between the Venue Production Manager, touring teams, clients, and rental vendors to ensure smooth execution and on-time performances.

The role requires 3+ years in tour/stage production, experience with lighting, pro audio, and basic video, and the ability to lead a team of 5+ while juggling multiple priorities in a demanding live

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum tour and stage production experience.
• Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ individuals.
• Strong decision-making with limited information.
• Computer literate in Windows applications.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all on-stage and loading dock operations from pre-show to day-of-show.
• Serve as central point of communication between Venue Production Manager, touring, client, and rental vendor teams.
• Oversee stage activity, ensure smooth load-in/load-out and on-time performances.
• Communicate event details to venue production crew and in-house departments.
• Manage venue production team members and stagehands.
• Ensure items required by tours/clients are available for show execution.
• Document accidents, incidents, and disciplinary issues and report to Production Manager.
