Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Senior Cross-Mission Modeling and Simulation Specialist in Huntsville, AL. You will lead MS&A efforts across space, air, and ground systems, translating program needs into robust models and analyses. You will develop and apply tools, review analyses, and present briefings to customers.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate across teams, and travel occasionally. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, OR closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering/scientific experience in multi-disciplinary environments.
• Experience with multi-phenomenology remote sensing techniques and object detection/tracking.

Responsibilities

• Translate program needs into MS&A tasks and models.
• Represent CMED as technical authority in areas of expertise.
• Lead development and application of in-house, commercial, and gov't tools for multi-phenomenology data.
• Review technical analysis products for accuracy and quality.
• Develop and present briefings and reports for customers.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a learning environment.
• Occasional travel as required.
