Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in STEM
• At least 12 years of progressively responsible engineering/scientific experience with modeling & simulation
• Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
• Knowledge of modeling & simulation for space systems
• Familiarity with STK, SOAP, MATLAB, Python, AFSIM
• Experience leading teams on architecture-level studies
• Security clearance: TS/SBI/SCI (US citizenship required)

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to government customers and review analyses
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Conduct deep dives, trade studies, and assessment work
• Use in-house and off-the-shelf tools to derive insights
• Develop and present technical analyses and recommendations
• Coordinate with SME groups to ensure accurate results
