The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Engineering Specialist to lead analysis and staff on space communication and ground architectures. This full-time role requires 6+ years of experience, a TS/SCI clearance, and hands-on work with Python, C++, or MATLAB in modeling and data networks.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, translate customer needs into tasks, and perform end-to-end evaluations. Onsite work four days a week in Chantilly, VA, with COS or El Segundo, CA locations; BS in a STEM

Formación

• B.S. in aerospace or related field from an accredited school.
• 6+ years of industry experience with leadership of studies and analysis teams.
• Experience with space-related modeling and mission management.
• Knowledge of national security space or intelligence mission areas.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or MATLAB.
• TS/SCI clearance active.

Responsabilidades

• Perform analysis and lead teams driving recommendations for research, development, and acquisition decisions for legacy and emerging customer architectures.
• Coordinate complex technical tasks among customers and staff.
• Mentor junior staff in department focus areas.
• Translate customer needs into project objectives and provide evaluations.
• Conduct end-to-end performance evaluations and AoA analyses using in-house tools.
• Develop and present timely, technically accurate results to technical leads and customers.
