Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Agent‑Based Modeling and Simulation Lead to drive coordinated MS&A capabilities in support of Golden Dome programs. You will manage cross‑location teams, align analyses with the enterprise E2E framework, and deliver data‑driven recommendations to senior government leaders.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in modeling and simulation, leadership experience, and a current Top Secret/SCI/SSBI clearance.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant and progressive professional or academic experience.
• Current Top Secret/SCI/SSBI clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aerospace's MS&A development and roadmap execution for Golden Dome needs.
• Develop analyses and present timely, technically accurate results to customers.
• Collaborate with Aerospace, government, and contractor teams across multiple locations.
