Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and test primary and secondary structures for aerospace hardware. You will prepare 3D CAD models, drawings, and interface documents, while supporting manufacturing, integration, and test planning with NASA and partners.

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis, development, and testing of primary and secondary structures, including composites and metal parts.
• Create 3D models, detail part drawings, assemblies, and interface docs.
• Provide manufacturing and production support for hardware.
• Offer technical guidance for integration and trade studies.
• Develop test plans and flight hardware documentation.
• Plan and execute subsystem tests, data reduction and analysis.
• Coordinate tests and review data; manage equipment/tooling purchases.
• Maintain schedule, budget and technical status.
