Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of winning strategies for opportunities >$200M
• Cultivate key business relationships and identify expansion opportunities
• Assess market developments and inform strategy adaptations
• Recommend strategic changes and mitigate bid risks
• Develop winning offers: technical/management, price-to-win, schedule, past performance
• Coordinate with partners, subcontractors, and Business Development
• Lead teams to deliver whitepapers, demos, proposals, and other deliverables
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
