Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in full life cycle capture management.
• Experience supporting Space Force/Space Command/NRO environments.
• Knowledge of complex solutions including data analytics, agile software development, and high-end systems engineering.
• Proven track record of teaming and developing mutually beneficial partner relationships.
• Excellent business acumen; strong understanding of Federal procurement, contracting, and financial rules and regulations.
• Able to diagnose client needs, propose and close solutions with measurable business impact.
• Demonstrate strategic selling, discovery, ROI development, and close.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of winning strategies for opportunities >$200M, including win themes and plans.
• Cultivate relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Maintain knowledge of government marketplace developments and position the company accordingly.
• Make recommendations for strategic change and mitigate bid risks.
• Ensure development of winning offers and solution sets (technical/management, price-to-win, schedule, past performance).
• Manage communications with partners and subcontractors and coordinate with Business Development.
• Lead teams to deliver whitepapers, demonstrations, proposals, and other deliverables.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events.
