Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Capture Manager in Virginia to lead 2–4 capture efforts, guiding opportunities from identification to proposal submission on-site in Chantilly. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to craft win strategies and maintain key customer relationships.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years in capture with experience in defense and space programs. Travel is minimal; compensation ranges from $200,000 to $240,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of capture experience for Intel Community contracts >$200M.
• 5+ years in project or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage two to four capture efforts in various stages for award within 18 months.
• Accountable for pursuit end to end from identification to proposal submission.
• Coordinate with growth organization and operational teams to execute pursuits.
• Ensure quality of all capture and proposal artifacts.
