Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead capture and proposal efforts for government and commercial opportunities. You will coordinate ROMs, NTEs, and firm proposals, align win strategies, and collaborate with Contracts, Program Management, Engineering, and Finance to ensure compliant, persuasive documentation.

The role requires strong leadership, market research, pricing oversight, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record managing new business opportunities in airborne/space-based systems.
• Experience with space-based communications and phased arrays is preferred.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to pursue opportunities.
• Understanding of proposal and gate review processes.
• Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture and proposal efforts for government and commercial opportunities.
• Manage ROMs, NTEs, and firm proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Develop win strategy, discriminators, and compliant final documents.
• Coordinate pricing, BOEs, and cost volumes with finance and contracts.
• Partner with program management, engineering, and sales for hand-offs.
