Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead capture and proposal initiatives for government and commercial satellite communications programs. You will manage ROMs, NTEs, and firm proposals while coordinating with Contracts, Program Management, Engineering, and Finance.

The role requires strong leadership to articulate win strategies, price justification, and robust collaboration with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university.
• MBA or MS degree preferred.
• Proven track record in managing new business opportunities in airborne/space-based comms.
• Strong understanding of CAS, FAR, and Government procurement rules.
• Excellent communications and cross-functional leadership to drive capture activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute capture strategies to pursue government and commercial satellite comms opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with Government agencies and customers.
• Coordinate proposal teams across contracts, engineering, and finance to deliver compliant proposals.
• Develop win strategies, discriminators, and cost-to-win materials.
• Oversee BOEs, pricing reviews, and post-award activities.
