Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution, grow small to mid-size accounts, and nurture key partnerships through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.

You will define sales territories, analyze market data, and translate customer needs into technical solutions, collaborating with production and supply chain to drive volume and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value delivery; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies with consideration of regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
