Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to grow the regional account portfolio and manage distribution. You will generate leads, define sales territories, and deliver both volume and value while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes sales analytics, price negotiations, and building deep customer relationships across multiple levels, with regional scope that may expand globally depending on business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian PO2/Sergeant.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plans with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and data-driven decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
