Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-sized customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining territories, and delivering sales plans across channels. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent military experience) and 3+ years in sales, with proficiency in CRM

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank) required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

• Maintain and expand the regional account portfolio and Dow presence.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Build relationships across customer levels and expand network.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape the sales plan and inform product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies within legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
