Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of successful experience in IT, engineering, consulting, professional services, project delivery, or workforce solutions sales.
• Proven ability to sell complex solutions to senior/executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a strategic business development plan for Yoh's IT and Engineering solutions portfolio.
• Expand existing client relationships by introducing consulting, professional services, project delivery, managed solutions, and workforce solutions.
• Develop and close net-new client relationships across Los Angeles, nationally, and globally.
• Identify complex business challenges and translate them into customized, value-based solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and procurement stakeholders.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales pursuits from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with recruiting, delivery, PCS, and executive teams to present client solutions.
