Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of IT, engineering, consulting, professional services, or workforce solutions sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling complex solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a strategic business development plan for Yoh’s IT and Engineering solutions.
• Expand client relationships by offering consulting, professional services, project delivery, managed solutions, and workforce solutions.
• Develop and close net-new client relationships nationally and globally.
• Identify complex business challenges and translate them into value‑based solutions.
• Build executive relationships with C-suite and procurement stakeholders.
• Lead multi‑stakeholder sales pursuits from discovery through close.
• Partner with recruiting, consulting, delivery, and leadership teams to present client solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve revenue and activity objectives.
• Represent Yoh at client meetings and industry events.
