About the Opportunity

Yoh is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Sales to drive growth across our IT and Engineering consulting, professional services, project delivery, and workforce solutions portfolio.

This is a senior, consultative sales role focused on expanding relationships with existing clients, developing new business opportunities beyond traditional staff augmentation, and acquiring net-new clients nationally and globally. Los Angeles will be the primary market focus, but the role will not be limited to a defined geographic territory.

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them address complex technology, engineering, transformation, and workforce challenges through Yoh's portfolio of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute a strategic business development plan for Yoh's IT and Engineering solutions portfolio.
• Expand existing client relationships by introducing consulting, professional services, project delivery, managed solutions, and workforce solutions.
• Develop and close net-new client relationships across Los Angeles, nationally, and globally.
• Identify complex business challenges and translate them into customized, value-based solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior technology and engineering leaders, procurement stakeholders, and other decision-makers.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits from initial discovery through solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Partner with Yoh's recruiting, consulting, delivery, PCS, and executive leadership teams to develop and present client solutions.
• Build account strategies that expand Yoh's relationships across departments, business units, and locations.
• Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and consistently achieve revenue, margin, new-client, and activity objectives.
• Serve as a senior representative of Yoh at client meetings, industry events, executive forums, and networking activities.
• Provide market insight and sales leadership that supports the continued growth of Yoh's solutions business.
• Maintain accurate account, opportunity, forecasting, and activity information in the CRM.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Senior-level consultative seller with a proven record of selling IT, engineering, consulting, professional services, project delivery, or workforce solutions.
• Demonstrated success selling solutions beyond traditional staff augmentation, including project-based services, managed solutions, consulting engagements, or strategic workforce programs.
• Strong track record of developing net-new business while expanding and growing existing accounts.
• Established relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across technology, engineering, operations, HR, procurement, or business leadership.
• Ability to lead strategic conversations and demonstrate how solutions can improve business outcomes, reduce risk, increase flexibility, or accelerate delivery.
• Strong understanding of the Los Angeles business market, with the ability to leverage relationships nationally and globally.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and comfortable creating new markets and revenue streams.
• Executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly self-directed and capable of operating effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, business planning, and CRM discipline.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of successful experience in IT, engineering, consulting, professional services, project delivery, or workforce solutions sales.
• Demonstrated success consistently achieving or exceeding significant sales and revenue targets.
• Experience selling complex solutions to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and internal delivery teams.
